CAMEROONIAN STAR SALATIEL JETS INTO SOUTH AFRICA TO PERFORM AT MOSHITO AND LAUNCH HIS BRAND NEW SINGLE ‘AYAGAYO’ (GOOD TIMES)
Moshito 2019 has switched up gears ahead of the conference and exhibition as it brings the music to the people.
Taking place from 4 – 7 September 2019 at the iconic Constitution Hill, this year will see one of the biggest urban African singers, Salatiel touch down and deliver an unforgettable performance at the Afro World Night Powered by BET on 5 September and the Moshito Free Street Festival at Newtown Junction on 7 September 2019.
Salatiel raised the bar this year as he was one of 9 African superstars who were featured on The Lion King:The Gift movie soundtrack album curated by Beyonce. Salatiel collaborated with Beyonce and Pharrell Williams on the upbeat and singalong song, Water.
Armed with a sweet voice Salatiel whose real name is Livenja Bessong Salatiel, has a couple of aces up his sleeves as he is a multi-talented musician. His music style is a fusion of Afro-Pop, Soul and Reggae and when he is not behind the microphone he dabbles as a producer, songwriter, singer and rapper, making him a force to be reckoned with.
SALATIEL will also be in South Africa to launch his brand new single ‘Ayagayo” ( Good Times).

The star who hails from Tiko in Cameroon owns Alpha Better Records which is the home of Cameroonian stars, Mr Leo and Blaise B. Known for his electrifying performances and energy, there is no doubt that he will be keeping the crowd on their feet with his music.
The hit maker of Anita, Ça Se Passe Ici and Sans Complexe sings in French and English giving him a versatile flare yet still staying true to his roots. He has toured and performed at stages including the prestigious annual Reggae Sunsplash Festival in Jamaica.
